The Mary Nakyanzi Charity Foundation is led by a dedicated team of professionals committed to upholding human dignity and advocating for justice within the Ugandan prison system and beyond.
The Foundation shall be composed of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board, and the Secretariat.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for election to the Board, a person must:
- Be a registered member of the Foundation in good standing;
- Demonstrate commitment to the objectives and values of the Foundation;
- Be of high moral character and integrity;
- Not have been convicted of a criminal offence involving dishonesty or moral turpitude.
